Size 3X Shimmery dark blue/silver velvet dress from Target. The sleeves have a slight puff at the shoulder and some rouching on one side of the skirt portion. It's a beautiful dress that I thought would be perfect for holiday parties. I like how it hugs the body in a flattering way. I bought at a closeout so I cannot return to get a different size.
