Vintage 1978 Illinois Automobile License Plate. Cream Base with Black numbering and lettering. Seven Numbers 514 463. It is in vintage condition with some rust, minor paint loss and has some waves in the metal. Was is a barn for over 40 years. Please see all pictures for condition.
