Vintage 1960’s Herbert Levy dress Royal blue midi length a-line dress with 3/4 sleeves. Beautiful Embroidered and appliqué trim around neckline. Size and fabric tag are missing. Most likely a Size 10-12 - refer to measurements below. Fabric is a polyester knit. Zips up back Large seam allowances on inside in case you want to alter Flattering shaping darts front and back. Made in the USA. 19.5” pit to pit 41” long Sleeves—16.5” long Approximately 17” across waist area Approximately 22” across hip area Good Vintage condition. No holes tears stains or fading. No missing beads. There are a couple minor thread pulls on front near hips—see last pic.
