The outer sole is approximately 10 3/4", and the inside shoe is approximately 10'; therefore, folks with a foot measurement of 9.5" - 9 3/4" should be able to comfortably wear this sneaker. In photos, I compare it to a 10M black loafer, not apples to apples, but the sneaker is smaller, so likely less than size 10. Smoke-free, pet-free home.
