1940s handwoven skirt | Barber’s

Vibrant hand-woven fabric in a full skirt, perfect for vintage or modern styling! Deep purple with black backing threads, white and lighter purple decoration at waistband and bottom border. Gold metallic thread shot through the dark purple bands. A really beautiful feel, like soft tapestry. Tags says Barber’s Beach Star Route, Bellingham, Washington state. From Barber Hand Weaving Shop, Lummi Island, Washington. Vintage 1940s or early 1950s, excellent condition, cotton. Bohemian, serape style. Zip and button closure.
