Rue21 summer maxi dress. XL, very stretchy. Lace waist band. Has a built in slip that goes to the knees. The slip is also stretchy. length from bustline down is 44inches. FYI, my waist is 39in, bust 38B and there's room for stretching. I usually wear a lace bralette or cami with it because the back is pretty open. I'm 5'1 and fits long but have to wear high heels with it. I'm too lazy to get it altered.
