VTG HAND PAINTED JAPANESE LACQUERWARE BOWL

VTG A vintage Japanese bowl with beautiful hand painted florals in shades of greens, reds and white with a gorgeous applied bright gold laquerware background. I'm uncertain of the base material; it's heavy like a stoneware. I believe these are cherry blossoms and the piece probably dates mid-century. It measures 8" in diameter and a height of 3.25". There are scratches to the bowl on the back, a few in the interior and a few on the front but still a gorgeous display piece. Add this bowl to your Asian theme or a stunning accent to any room!
