BCBG royal blue gown (perfect for homecoming)!

This dress is absolutely beautiful and give a sexy look at the same time. It's half peplum with a long slit. Never worn! Bought it a few months ago and went to try it on recently and noticed it doesn't fit as well:/ My loss is your gain. My price is firm though just because it's brand new.
