I’m new to high cowboy boots-I see they lace up the back, does this allow the wearer to loosen the laces if she were to have a wider calf?

@rachelmacios805 I'm so sorry I missed this comment! The lace-up back is for looks and doesn't loosen. I'm a 17" calf and they zip but are not comfortable, which is why they're BNIB!
