Mud Pie Maxi Halter Dress

Navy and white stripes and an extremely flattering cut! The halter neckline emphasizes the shoulders, and the light, flowy fabric is cool and comfy. Fabric is a bit sheer, so wear with nude undies or as a swim cover-up! Size small, but can fit up to an XL. Only worn a couple of times, perfect condition. I tied a knot in the front, but it can be easily untied.
