New white and blue stripe dress by Florence Eiseman. Simple and classic it is made from a blue and white striped ridged fabric and has 2 large box pleats down the front. The chest has 4 buttons up front and a grosgrain bow. It ties in the back with a thinner white bow. All of my items are brand new with all tags attached from the manufacturer.
