NWT New York & Company White Cotton Dress Sz XS

New dress! There is one spot towards the bottom of the dress that can be seen in the pictures. I'm not sure if it can be washed out but it's tiny. See the second photo. There is also one spot near the tag on the inside of the dress. This is not visible from the outside. Smoke-free home and measurements are not available. Comes with wrinkles but those can be ironed or steamed out with ease.
