Items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home and are all stored onsite. Some wool and cashmere items are stored in a cedar chest for protection and may have a faint cedar smell. I ship smaller items in polybags or Tyvek envelopes - anything large/bulky ships in cardboard boxes. Since everyone's delivery situation is different, if your packages will be left in the elements, please let me know and I'll do my best to protect the order.
