The quality of this skirt is just impeccable- I miss the old forever 21 days like this! One of my favorite skirts I’ve ever owned. Sadly, post partum isn’t friendly and this skirt just doesn’t fit me anymore! Perfect for summer, concerts, a night out, football season, etc. I love it! Size L- I would say this fits size Medium girls or XL if on the smaller XL side. I range more closely to L/XL. 2 inside buttons to adjust for sizing/fit & 2 outside buttons for this too. No damage- excellent condition
