Originally purchased from Old Gem Vintage on Etsy, this "vintage," black halter-esque dress with an eyelet skirt comes up to about mid-shin (Midi-length on me as a 4'11" person), and features patterned buttons and a waist tie. The style itself gives off a 50s "poodle skirt" vibe in my opinion, and I got so many compliments when I wore it out (only a handful of times). The dress is also lined. The video is of me personally wearing the dress. Loose threads around the buttons, eyelet portions and hem of the skirt and the size label.
