This dress is in very good condition. No stains or holes. The back side of the belt shows some wear but not the front. NOTE: This dress is tagged size 18 1/2 but this is vintage sizing. The waist size indicates it would be for approximately a modern size 10/12 but please see measurements below. Sleeves each have a pearl & gold accent button. There are also (4) of those buttons which button down to the waist for easy step in. Belt has 5 notches to adjust the way you want and for a perfect fit. The front shoulder areas are pleated Taken laying flat so double where necessary: -Pit to pit 21" -ELASTIC Waist Unstretched 15" up to 20"stretched(comfortably) -Hips are open -Length. 42.5" Waist to bottom hem 25" ents, and info upon request.
