It has a fake blue lapis in the center with 2 red rhinestone for eyes.The crab opens up to reveal a quartz watch face with stamped Kenneth name inside. This pin is in like condition and has been preowned has not been used or worn no stones missing sold as I no returns no refunds all sales are final no exceptions. No flaws very gliz and glam not sure if watch works it is untested so may need battery.
