do you know why the patch was added inside?

@jamiesauser Hi. I bought the bag pre-loved and the bottom part had some issues. So I took the inside plate off to use on a piece of upcycled jewelry. I decided to fringe it afterwards and fix it up. I had the Fendi patch from another damaged bag and decided to put it in place of the plate that I removed.
