Talbots Skirt - Size 10

Beautiful red and white skirt from Talbots is 100% cotton. The material is textured, and I tried to show that in the pictures. It is also fully lined which is 100% polyester. It has a back zipper/hook and eye closure and a small slit in the back. It is preowned and has one tiny spot in the back, about three inches to the left of the zipper. That spot is shown in the last two pictures. I did not notice it until I steamed it. I have not tried to get it out. It is really a pretty skirt. The measurements are shown in the pictures.
