What a gorgeous dress. This dress just screams class and elegance. Light blue. Silk top. Bottom is a polyester woolblend. There are tiny light catching threads throughout the bottom of the dress that picks up the light for just a little sparkle. This is in wonderful preowned condition. No flaws.
