Feltman Bros vintage 1950s girls dress

Vintage circa 1950s little girls Feltman Bros pale blue hand smocked embroidered dress. Shirt puff sleeves. Back button closure. Pleated skirt. Peter Pan collar. No size tag so please refer to measurements. Does have some discoloration from age at collar and skirt from age, I have not tried cleaning it. Therefore could use a gentle hand washing. Priced accordingly. Discoloration is very hard to notice though. Length 13.5” pit to pit 11”.
