Table top picture frame

Vintage, Victorian style, metal, table top, decorative picture frame. Plastic red jewels surround this attractive picture frame. Velvet type material for the back. There is a small jewel missing from the top of the frame. Also the larger jewel at the top center has a scratch to the right side. Not noticeable from the front. Requires careful inspection to notice the jewel is missing and the scratch. Measures 6.5" x5". Holds a 3"x5" picture. See pictures for details.
