It was inspired by a completely retro view of what "hold" meant: the designer's mother, when she needed to attend to another task, would throw the phone over her shoulder, say "hold on" and get on with it! This fabulous original design has a rotary-dial phone base on the front, a curling cord that winds across the shoulder and down the back where the receiver dangles. Mustard details on a black background, it has ribbing at the neck, at the elbow-length sleeves, and at the bottom, which lands at the hip.
