It is believed to be from the late 1800's or early 1900's ? Not sure. There are no identifying markings. It does show signs of wear and Patina throughout including some marbling in the mirror. Heavy carved Brass framework  It is approx. 10 inches Tall X 5.75 inches Wide Beautifully engraved and adorned with an Art Nouveau Ladies at each side, and Cherub at the Top and other carvings on the handle.
