This dress is fun & flirty. Pair it with a hat, belt & some wedges. This dress is from Charlotte Russe, is size Large & is in great condition since I never got to wear it BUT does have some “off” white stitching marks here & there (photographed). These must be in an imperfection in the print because they are not snags or any thing “on top” of the fabric. - tie back - stretch waist at back - armpit to armpit measures 18” across when laying flat - length of top is 8” - length of skirt is 30” - straps are 17”
