Vintage DEPT Halter Dress

Worn only twice, in mint condition. Bodice is khaki green/brown (knit like t-shirt fabric) Skirt is lined and cotton with flowers in yellow, khaki/brown, coral, and turquoise. Tiny belt loops but there is no belt. Halter top ties behind neck either in a bow or a knot, you choose. The back of the bodice is smocked elastic. Purchased from a boutique for over $200.00 in the late 90's. Approximate measurements: Around waist 30" Length from waist down 24" Pit to pit 14"
