hello, are there scratches on it and does it look dark in some spots because it's just tarnished?

@mrshewson I am not to knowledgeable about silver and tarnish. I posted 3 pics I got of Google search for vintage Tiffany and Co ring tarnish
Later this evening I can get it out and verify if scratches or tarnish to best of my ability

@mrshewson tried to clean it a bit, I don't think the dark spots are scratches, I don't feel a difference in the texture but there are still darker spots. Posted more pics💞
