Hi, I purchased the size 10 and you sent 11. Poshmark is offering a refund but I would prefer to exchange for the proper size if you have them. Please let me know

@jbovenizer hi, I apologize for the inconvenience, I checked the box with size 10, and it’s size 10 inside. Poshmark doesn’t do exchanges, you can return the wrong size. They’ll refund you, and you can purchase it again. Thank you

@jbovenizer oh yeah, no problem at all. As far as I know Poshmark pays for return taking money from my account, since it’s my fault 😊 but yes, I do have size 10. Opened the box and made sure that the size 10 is inside 😊 and I can meet you as well to swap them. Just let me know where do you want to meet and when
