I have other designs and I can make custom ordered sets as requested if the fabric is available. The checkerboard is approximately 21”x21” & has a matching zipper pouch for the checker pieces. I have either hand-painted & sealed the checkers with 3 coats of paint and gloss or I have used waterproof, tear-proof, adhesive, stickers that have been painted and sealed. . The keepsake box is a pre-made construction that I’ve enhanced with embellishments, paint, and/or both to match the beauty of the quilt. I am happy to take requests and I can personalize the item too. These Original, One Of A Kind Checkerboard Quilts are made thoughtfully with family and friends in mind to be passed down from generation to generation. I will include the date when the item was completed since it is an original and you will receive a special note to keep with your heirloom Checkerboard.
