kimsellsva @juliecar73 okay I am a 12/14, 38 D bust and it fits fine it's more of a free-flowing style. It's 17 in across but very stretchy. I would say it hits at knee length and is a high low with it being longer and the back. From the bus down to the shortest point is about 30 in. and about a foot longer in the back.

kimsellsva @juliecar73 also I don't see a fabric tag but it is a stretchy fabric probably some polyester blend, I'm not sure
