Italian mockneck sleeveless top sz M cream silver, luxury tailoring

This is a cute mockneck sleveless top from Italy. The overall color effect is champagne, a cream/tan color with silver thread accents. Size 44 or a medium, p2p is 17.5" and length from shoulder is 18.5". It's a vintage luxury piece (the label says luxury tailoring in Italian) and unfortunately some threads became loose (see photos), it may not be noticeable with a light color tank underneath. Fabric unknown, but it has a certain weight to it. Listed as medium petite but it should fit a regular medium below the waist too. Please see photos and feel free to ask questions.
