Vintage Thick glass votive or tapered candle holder

Beautiful thick glass votive or tapered candle holder depending on if you place it upright upside down. Really heavy thick glass design. Has painted spiral flower design on the outside. EUC from nonsmoking home. Minor scuffing on the blue flower, please see last picture. Approximately 3 inches tall, half inch glass round. 2 1/2 inches wide.
