Cute flowy ruffled skort

there shorts with a extra layer in the front to make it look more like a skirt. It has a thick, super stretchy waist it can stretch up to 19 inches but is regularly 11 1/2. I think its super cute, theres no problems with it, it was just too short for my comfort. the pantleg is 10 inches long, and the inseam is 2 1/2 inches. the width of the very end of the pantleg is 13 inches so quite flowy. my sizes (im the one in the picture) waist: 26 inches hip: 31 inches legs: 32 inches i hope that helps, if you have any questions about the size or anything else please ask me.
