Autographed Richard Petty poster when he was running for NC Secretary of State in 1996. He had a Rally at the Shelby Fairgrounds and I met him there. He signed this poster and there is a photograph on the back documenting him signing this and other articles for me. Two weeks after this Rally, he was on the Interstate Highway and the car in front of him was going slow. Petty bumped him like he was on the racetrack. The man spun out and wrecked and Petty resigned from running for Secretary of State. The poster is framed with an acid free mat with museum quality glass. It measures 17 1/4 x 21 1/4.
