Big 18” by 76” vintage mid century cotton linen dresser scarf. Hand crafted embroidery. Tropical birds at each end. Condition is very good. This piece comes from a newly found collection of very vintage linens where most survived in excellent condition without browning and fold lines. They were starched super stiff so I did give them a gentle rinse. While most had no markings some pieces were marked Betsy Ross Needlework others Art Goods Manufacturing Co. which was popular mid-century. The last photo is an example of Betsy Ross Embroidery Co. instructions. My environment is smoke/pet free.
