Vintage Painting Gold Framed Artist Elliot Fallas Ocean Palm Tree Impressionist This is a wonderful impressionist painting of a tropical pacific coast scene that shows palm trees before opening up to an ocean view. You see a boat in the ocean between the trees and foliage and a little dock or hut. The palm trees are beautifully reflected in the water with expressive brush strokes.
