Sugar Thrillz clear crossbody! Brand new!

So this crossbody is brand new, it came this way from Dolls Kill. I was upset and I emailed them and they told me they didn't know what happened to it and offered to give me 15% off. But honestly I have seen a few others ppl are selling and they didn't look any better! It just looks foggy to me; but I'm sure u could clean it. Comes from smoke free home !
