@robbaars "20K DryFlight technology for extreme waterproofing; WarmFlight x1 technology for ultra lightweight and breathable warmth". There are belt loops along outer edge and 2 Velcro strips along inner edge for waist adjustment tighter on an approx 34in waistband (or hip depending on how you like to wear it). Purchased 5 years ago but never worn. it's brand new with tag, zero wear. Thanks!
