NWT Vintage 90s Y2K Casual Corner Sparkle Glitter Black Midi Cocktail Dress

I love this vintage dress! It’s 90s/Y2K and is new with tags! This black short sleeve crewneck midi dress is by Casual Corner Annex. It is covered in firework/starburst like sparkly glitter patterns that give so much rainbow glitzy sparkle. Plus it’s a nice flowy, stretchy material so it has gorgeous movement that helps it capture the light! Is has small shoulder pads. It would be perfect for a cocktail attire event, or even just a night out! Condition is reflected in photos- no flaws that I could find!
