Antique Lapis Lazuli silver bangle

Beautiful antique lapis lazuli silver bracelet I was told it’s 950 sterling silver, but can’t see any stamp anywhere Needs a bit of a polishing, but in great condition Clasp closes perfectly and chain is intact.
