This dress is such a beauty! No collar Button closure down to the waist band Waist band that has an adjustable drawstring Long sleeves with elasticized cuffs. From shoulder to slightly above elbow the sleeves are more fitted and than the sleeves balloon from just above elbow to wrist Ruffle/handkerchief hemline (slightly higher on the sides than in the front & back) For taller ladies it may be more tunic length Lined from waist band to hemline 100% Polyester Hand wash with cold water/Do not bleach/Line dry Flat lay measurements may not be exact and colors may differ in person Crystal is pictured wearing the size small, one size up from her true size (XS) Even if her true size (XS) had been an option she still would have sized up to the small she is pictured in because of how the top of the sleeves fit. Crystal will stay with the one size up (small) from her true size (xs) Other than that it has plenty of room else where. So we recommend sizing up one size because there is no give in the sleeves.
