Incredible Americana Treasure! Antique 1876 Embroidered Framed Alphabet Sampler in a rustic, primitive blue painted frame. Features lowercase alphabet letters and numbers, along with the English crown at the top. Frame has what look to be handmade nails. The fabric for the embroidered piece appears to be linen and is frayed around the edges. Size is 11" square and the piece is nicely framed and backed with hanging device. This was created in 1876 by a girl named Emma. So charming and full of nostalgia!
