ripple_effect pit to pit is 15" when streched 18" waist is 13" but can stretch to 19" (because it is elastic at the waist) length is 53" the neckline is elastic as well so you can wear it on your shoulders or off. 🥰

ripple_effect shell of the dress is 100% rayon lining 100% polyester make sure you wash the dress in cold. the lining is only at the top of the dress not the skirt.
