Blue striped cotton summer dress

Lovely 100% cotton dress in size XL. Cool and light, perfect for summer. Worn a few times but in clean like new condition. Top of the shoulder to bottom hem measures 41 inches and armpit to armpit measures 20 inches. Waist is stretchy but the rest of the dress doesn’t have much stretch at all.
