A vintage, keyhole, black, halter top, maxi dress! One of my favorite finds. This dress is full of character and mystery. The tags have been cut out so there is no telling who this dress is by! My mannequin, Angie, is a size small and this dress hugs her just right with a little give in the back. I’m guessing it’s between a 2-4.
