It has never been worn, and I finally realize it will never fit me. It deserves to be worn! It reminds me of the dresses in the decadent scenes of the movie Metropolis, very Berlin late 20’s, tight top and billowy mini skirt. See the pics for the details and lacy patterns of the bib and skirt. There are two blemishes, based on the location I am guessing it is small rust dots from safety pins. Never worn but washed lovingly once.
