This beautiful quality handmade powder blue dress has an iridescent sheer overlay. It is actually 2 dresses sewn together; to give it the iridescent look. It is made with high quality fabric so it is not a flimsy costume. It is made from Simplicity pattern 9891; without the sleeves. The cost of making and material was well over $150. Features: back zipper, hook and eye closure on the neckline. Measurements of the actual dress: Underarm to underarm: 17.5” Waist: 32” Length: 53” Measurements are taken with garment laying flat and are approximate. Condition: Preowned condition.
