This was an Amazon open box return item. It is in excellent condition. Likely used once or not at all before being returned. I have personally tested it and it works well and is very clean. This is a 1.25" barrel as noted in the photo with the model number. However, this will ship in a Bio Ionic box that is incorrectly labeled 1". The item photographed is the exact one you are purchasing. Great deal!
