The outside shows uneven color and some minor stains. The handles have some darkening. The last picture is of the bottom of the bag. Measures: 18 1/2" wide measured across the middle. 15 1/2" tall measured down the middle. The shoulder straps are adjustable and currently have a drop of 9 1/2".
