saffrons_closet @queencityshop Hi, the waist is 17.5" laid flat, that part stretches but the fabric of the actual skirt doesn't stretch. I usually wear a L but can get this over my hips because the fabric of the skirt doesn't stretch. I am only selling it because of that, I absolutely adore it. I would say it should fit, but check those measurements against one of your own to see maybe?
